Welcome to RitAvi.Studio. By booking a session with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. Full payment is expected upon delivery of the final gallery unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Image Rights & Usage

RitAvi.Studio retains the copyright to all images taken. We may use selected images for promotional purposes on our website or social media unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.

3. Delivery Time

Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 15 days of the shoot date.

4. Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made without adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Data Retention of RAW and Edited Files

RitAvi.Studio retains RAW and edited image files for three (3) months from the date the final edited images are delivered to you.

After three months, all RAW and edited files are removed from our Google Drive and cloud storage and will no longer be available with us.

Please download and back up your images within this three-month period.

If you need files kept beyond three months, extra charges apply. This must be requested before the three-month period ends, as files cannot be recovered once removed.

Any editing requested after the three-month period is charged extra.
